We are looking for Finance Assistant who are Xero or Quickbooks expert and Google Sheets expert with Zapier/Make/n8n experience for our Growing US E-commerce Brand. Read through the end to know how to apply.

We are a fast-growing US E-commerce company looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant who is a Google Sheets expert and knowledgeable in bookkeeping and automation to be the core of our financial operations. We don't just want a pair of hands to log numbers—we want a strategic thinker who is excited to build and automate systems that save us time and money.

3. You Think Like a Bookkeeper: You understand that a payment for goods is an Asset or COGS, not just a generic expense.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact)

You will be responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy and timeliness of our financial data, acting as our first line of defense against mistakes.

1. Be the Data Champion: Accurately track and input all daily financial metrics—Revenue (Shopify), Ad Spend (FB), and COGS—into our Google Sheets by 10:00 AM daily.
2. Find Hidden Gold: Monitor product and campaign profitability, giving us the insights we need to make smart decisions.
3. Build Automation to Improve Process and Efficiency: If a task is repetitive, your goal is to eliminate it! Proactively use advanced Google Sheets, Zapier, or Make to build efficient systems that replace manual work.
4. Spot the Red Flags: If a number looks wrong (like missing ad spend or mismatched sales), you don't just log it—you investigate the issue and flag it immediately. Your ownership prevents big problems.
5. Financial Integrity: Correctly categorize transactions, using your knowledge of bookkeeping fundamentals (understanding COGS, Inventory, and Expenses).

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proven experience in a data, bookkeeping, or administrative role, ideally for a US or international client.
2. Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, array formulas, VLOOKUP, QUERY, etc.).
3. Experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopify/Amazon) and Ad Platforms (Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads).
4. Strong foundational knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles (Xero/Quickbooks experience is highly valued).
5. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for a remote role.
