TikTok Shop Growth VA — Affiliate Expansion + GMV Growth (Dr. Paws)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Schedule: M–F with some overlap with EST for weekly meetings
Reports to: CEO
Tools: TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate Center, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Slack, Google Sheets

What success looks like (core outcomes)

We’re rebuilding affiliate momentum. Our TikTok Shop GMV is currently $30k/month or less, and we want to climb back toward prior highs ($150k/month).

Your mission: Activate more creators, drive more affiliate GMV, and improve ROI.

Responsibilities

Daily outreach to creators using TikTok Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and manual search

Recruit, qualify, and onboard new affiliates across all Dr. Paws products

Manage sample requests + creator follow-up to ensure videos get posted (“few videos per creator” goal)

Maintain a clean tracking system in Google Sheets (creators contacted, status, sample sent, videos posted, GMV, ROI)

Coordinate with internal team in Slack and align weekly with CEO

Handle “anything else needed” inside TikTok Shop related to affiliates (basic shop ops support as assigned)

Request Spark Codes when helpful (no paid whitelisting management required)

KPIs (how we measure you)

Affiliate GMV growth (weekly + monthly)

ROI (target: 4+)

Units sold per sample (efficiency of seeding)

New creators activated per week

Creator posting rate after sampling

Requirements

Prior experience with TikTok Shop affiliates OR creator outreach/management (show proof)

Strong written English + fast, organized communication

Comfortable doing high-volume outreach + follow-up

Must be highly organized in Google Sheets

Must be able to work independently and provide daily reporting

Nice-to-have

Experience with TikTok Shop GMV Max ecosystem (you won’t run ads, but context helps)

Experience managing affiliate programs for DTC products

Test task (required in application)

You will be asked to:

Create a sample outreach list of 25 creators you would target for Dr. Paws

Write 3 outreach message variations (short DM style)

Provide a simple Google Sheet layout you’d use to track performance
