SMS Texter (Smarter Contact) – Real Estate Lead Conversion for Land

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in vacant land acquisitions. We are hiring a full-time SMS Texter to manage and convert high-volume inbound and outbound conversations using Smarter Contact.

This is not a copy-paste role. You will be actively responding to sellers, qualifying leads, handling objections, and pushing conversations toward offers and booked calls.

This role is performance-sensitive. Speed, accuracy, and judgment matter.

Responsibilities:
- Send and manage up to 75,000 SMS messages per month using Smarter Contact
- Respond to inbound seller replies in near real-time during assigned shifts
- Follow predefined SMS scripts while adapting naturally to seller responses
- Qualify sellers by collecting: Property details, Ownership confirmation, Motivation, and Price expectations
- Tag and update leads accurately in the CRM
- Escalate qualified leads to the acquisitions team
- Follow compliance guidelines (opt-outs, respectful tone, no spam behavior)
- Maintain clean conversation logs and notes

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Proven experience with Smarter Contact (or similar SMS platforms like Launch Control)
- Strong written English (grammar, tone, clarity)
- Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced conversations
- Comfortable following scripts without sounding robotic
- Reliable internet and consistent availability
- Detail-oriented — missed tags or sloppy notes kill deals
- Able to work U.S. business hours (or overlapping shifts)

Preferred (Huge Plus):
- Prior experience texting for real estate, land investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions
- Experience handling objections like:
- “I’m not interested”
- “How did you get my number?”
- “What’s your offer?”

Compensation:
- $4–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time role (40 hours/week)
