Facebook Deals Group VA (Night Shift | Strong English Required)

I’m hiring a Facebook Deals Group Virtual Assistant to help with posting deals and responding to group comments. This role requires strong English comprehension, clear written communication, and the ability to understand instructions quickly.

This is not a role for overly polished, robotic, or AI-sounding communication. I’m looking for someone who writes naturally, keeps things simple, and sounds like a real person. I do not need long explanations.

Pay & Hours
$3/hour during training
Training starts at 2 hours per day
Hours will increase as training progresses
Goal is to move to full-time once you can work independently
Full-time pay will be $4/hour

Schedule (Very Important)
This is a night shift role
Training hours are 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Pacific Time (PST), Monday–Friday
You must be available consistently during this exact time window
This schedule is not flexible during training
Long-term work will continue to overlap U.S. Pacific Time
Once full time, weekends will be required

What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and posting deals in Facebook groups
Rewriting deals in clear, conversational English
Scheduling posts using Facebook tools
Responding to simple group comments
Keeping posts accurate and up to date

Required Skills
Strong English reading and writing skills
Ability to understand instructions and apply them correctly
Comfortable writing short, simple, natural responses
Experience with:

Facebook groups or pages
or
Customer service or community support

Reliable, fast internet connection (include your internet speed)
Ability to work without regular interruptions during scheduled hours

This Role Is NOT a Fit If:
You rely on AI to generate most of your responses
Your writing sounds formal, robotic, or overly polished
You struggle to understand spoken or written instructions
You prefer long explanations instead of short, clear replies
You are not comfortable working night shifts

This Role IS a Good Fit If:

You’re comfortable with routine and repetition

You can work independently once trained
