About Us

J&B Pro is a growing handyman and home services company providing reliable, high-quality residential and commercial services. We are looking for a dependable, organized Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations, keep our systems organized, and support our marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership of tasks, and can work independently while supporting a busy service-based business.


Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Organization

Manage day-to-day admin tasks

Organize schedules, jobs, and customer information

Follow up with leads, quotes, and customers (Mostly Text Only)

Keep tasks, notes, and records updated

CRM Management (Zoho)

Manage Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, deals)

Update job statuses and notes

Create and manage tasks and reminders

Ensure accurate and clean data


Basic Bookkeeping

Track invoices and payments

Categorize expenses

Assist with basic financial reports

Work with Zoho Books


Social Media & Marketing

Schedule and post content on social media

Respond to basic messages/comments

Assist with promotions and job posts

Maintain brand consistency


Basic Graphic Design

Create simple graphics for social media (Canva preferred)

Edit photos from job sites

Create promotional posts and service graphics


Required Skills

Strong English communication (written & spoken)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Experience with Zoho CRM (or willingness to learn quickly)

Basic bookkeeping knowledge

Experience with Canva or similar design tools

Social media management experience

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Nice to Have

Experience working with home services or contractor businesses

Familiarity with US-based businesses

Experience with Zoho Books

Marketing or content scheduling experience
