Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant

U.S.-based company managing multiple client accounts in lifestyle, luxury, entertainment, and personal branding. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media VA to support our social media posting and engagement.

This role is execution-focused. All content (images and captions) will be provided. Your job is to post accurately, consistently, and on brand
RESPONSIBILITIES

Post provided images and captions to Instagram (and other platforms as assigned)

Schedule content using the provided tools or the native platform scheduling

Select appropriate trending or on-brand music for Reels (this is a BIG plus)

Ensure posts are formatted correctly (hashtags, spacing, tagging if needed)

Engage by commenting on select pages (accounts will be provided)

Reply to approved comments and basic DMs using brand-approved language

Follow posting schedules and brand guidelines carefully

Notify the team if anything looks unclear or needs approval
REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience posting on Instagram (Reels + Feed)

Strong English reading and writing skills

Ability to follow instructions exactly and stay organized

Basic knowledge of social media trends and music selection

Familiarity with Canva (light usage only — content is provided)
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

Experience managing multiple accounts

Understanding of luxury, lifestyle, or personal branding pages

Familiarity with TikTok (future expansion)
