This role supports our corporate catering growth by building relationships with office-based companies and introducing them to Avela through professional outbound outreach.

Role Summary
We are hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to research, qualify, and contact corporate offices in the Vancouver area. This role focuses on building connections, setting up introductory conversations, and opening the door for our local team to take over.
This is not aggressive cold calling.
This is professional outreach aimed at relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and verify corporate offices that meet our target criteria

Build and maintain a database of qualified companies

Contact companies using phone, email, and LinkedIn

Introduce Avela and offer a first-order incentive or intro meeting

Log all activity accurately in Google Sheets

Hand off interested prospects to the Vancouver team

Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Daily Expectations

Research and verify at least 20 new companies per day

Contact at least 20 companies per day from the existing list

Use all three channels for outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn

Maintain clean, accurate records

Communicate clearly with the internal team on Slack

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English

Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

Professional phone presence

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with structured processes and KPIs

Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Consistent outreach activity

Accurate data and reporting

Qualified discovery calls booked

First catering orders initiated

Professional representation of the Avela brand


Compensation:

Hourly base pay

Commission for first completed catering orders
