Accountant (Automotive Industry Experience Preferred)

Moeh Automotive LLC is a growing automotive business based in the United States. We are looking for a dedicated full-time accountant to support our financial operations and help keep our books accurate, organized, and compliant.

???? Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant who will:

? Handle day-to-day accounting duties
? Prepare financial statements
? Reconcile accounts and manage general ledger entries
? Track accounts payable and receivable
? Process payroll and assist with tax filings
? Work directly with the owner and management
? Ensure accurate bookkeeping using accounting software (QuickBooks, DealerCenter, etc.)

???? Requirements

? Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in the automotive industry)
? Experience with US-based business accounting standards
? Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting
? Proficient in common accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
? Ability to work 9:00-5:00 EST, Monday–Friday (strict schedule)
? Reliable internet and professional remote workspace
? Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Automotive industry experience (US based) is a big plus and will be prioritized.
