Job Title: Project Manager / Executive Assistant to Creative Director & Affiliates Manager

Monthly Rate: $1500-$2000 (Based on experience/skill)

Overview/About Us:
Revomadic is a rapidly growing eCommerce brand in the health-tech space, and we are looking for a Project Manager / Executive Assistant to support both our Creative Director and Affiliates Manager. This position will play a key role in managing and organizing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping refine our internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Organize and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
Maintain project tracking tools (e.g.,
Oversee SOPs, system organization, and documentation management for team-wide accessibility.
Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and optimize internal processes.
Executive Assistance:
Act as a direct assistant to both the Creative Director, handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications, and prioritizing requests.
Take detailed notes during key meetings, converting them into actionable steps and ensuring follow-through.
Provide daily support in organizing tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
System and Documentation Management:
Create, manage, and update SOPs and internal documentation across various departments.
Help maintain company systems (Google Drive, project management tools) for efficient team collaboration.
Assist in analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects.
Communication & Team Coordination:
Act as the liaison between teams to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
Help coordinate with other departments, ensuring key stakeholders are kept in the loop regarding project status and updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the eCommerce or health-tech industry.
Proven experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and teams simultaneously.
Skills & Tools:
Expertise with project management systems such as
Strong experience with SOP creation and maintaining detailed documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native or near-native English.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
