Email Marketing & Growth Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a highly capable, proactive Virtual Assistant to support the growth and execution of our email marketing efforts, along with light social media and general VA support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, executing consistently, and helping a health and wellness brand grow from the ground up. We currently have a small email list and are looking for the right person to help us set up, organize, and grow it intentionally over time.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Schedule & Hours
• Monday–Friday
• 10–15 hours per week
• 2–3 hours per day to start
• Opportunity to increase hours with performance and commitment

Primary Responsibilities


Email Marketing Execution & List Growth Support
• Set up and schedule emails (newsletters, announcements, simple sequences)
• Format and prepare emails based on outlines or guidance provided
• Manage email lists, tags, and basic automations
• Upload and connect lead magnets and opt-in forms
• Support email list growth through proper setup and integration
• Maintain organization and accuracy within the email platform

(Strategic direction will be provided — this role focuses on execution.)

Virtual Assistant Support
• Create and update speaker profiles, bios, and brand documents
• General admin support, task coordination, and follow-through
• Work independently while collaborating with a Philippines-based VA team

Secondary Responsibilities

Social Media Support
• Assist with scheduling social media content
• Create simple, clean graphics using Canva
• Support consistency and organization of content


Required Skills & Experience
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Prior experience supporting email marketing or email list management
• Comfortable working inside email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• High proficiency in Canva
• Social media management experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to execute without micromanagement
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Compensation
• $4.00 – $6.50 USD per hour
