JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based company seeking a Business Development Manager with Marketing Experience to join our team long term.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Execute and support marketing-driven lead generation campaigns
Identify decision-makers and qualify inbound and outbound leads
Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and persuasively
Schedule discovery calls for the CEO
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Track outreach, campaigns, and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, appointment setting, or sales
Marketing experience required (digital marketing, lead generation, campaigns, or funnel management)
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and conversion optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented

Requirements:
Stable internet connection and professional headset
Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership
