About ErgShoot

ErgShoot is an exciting fitness tech startup bringing laser precision shooting into CrossFit and functional fitness. We work with gyms, athletes, and major events like Wodapalooza, Strength in Depth, and FitFest. We are in midst of setting up internal processes and are growing fast and looking for someone organised, proactive, and genuinely excited about the fitness industry.

Your Main Tasks (not limited to… )
• Manage emails (CRM) and social media DMs
• Assist in executing marketing roadmap via software such as Canva and MailChimp
• Reach out to gyms and CrossFit boxes about our affiliate program
• Manage Shopify store (orders, product updates, customer queries)
• track all orders, shipping status, invoicing, chasing payments for orders/events.
• Handle event and kit hire enquiries — fro ---------- ssages to bookings
• Track and manage kit stock/resources for events and rentals
• Support event logistics (confirming deliveries, returns, schedules)

You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have excellent written English
• Have experience with Shopify, Mailchimp, Canvas and social media tools
• Are organised and can manage multiple tasks independently
• Are confident communicating with gyms and partners
• Love fitness or at least understand the vibe
• Pay attention to detail (read below ????????)

Hours & Pay
• 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
• Flexible schedule (some overlap with UK time preferred)
• Long-term role — we want someone to grow with us
• Please include your expected hourly rate (PHP/hour)
