Social Media Va Managing & Posting.

We are a growing clothing brand ( ---------- ) looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle TikTok content posting across multiple accounts.

This role is posting and execution only. No content creation or strategy is required.

Current Responsibilities

Post 9 TikTok videos per day

Across 3 different TikTok accounts

3 posts per account, posted at different times throughout the day

Upload videos provided by us

Use captions, hashtags, and instructions we provide

Follow our posting schedule and tutorials exactly

We provide full step-by-step tutorials, making the process simple and repeatable.

Estimated workload at the start is around 2 hours per day.

Future Responsibilities (Role Will Grow)

As the brand scales and we open more accounts, this role will increase in hours and responsibility, including:

Posting TikTok Stories

Basic follower interaction (liking and replying to simple comments)

Posting for additional TikTok accounts

This is a long-term role, and we are looking for someone available daily, if possible.

Meeting Requirement (Mandatory)

Before starting, you must be willing to join a short introductory meeting so we can get to know each other, review the role, and make sure expectations are aligned.

This meeting is required to move forward.

Experience posting content on TikTok

Good written English

Very detail-oriented

Comfortable following exact instructions

Reliable and consistent
