About Me
I’m a US-based executive coach working with founders and creative professionals. I move fast, value clear thinking, and want a VA who can own tasks end-to-end, not just follow instructions.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who wants stability, growth, and increasing responsibility over time.
You will learn about startups, technology, and venture capital, so this is huge opportunity for the right person.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep my day-to-day life and business running smoothly. Typical tasks include:
Inbox management
Making calls to restaurants/venues to check on reservations/logistics
Calendar management and scheduling
Research (people, companies, venues, tools, travel, etc.)
Creating clean summaries, checklists, and simple docs
Managing small projects with clear deadlines
Handling routine admin so I can focus on high-leverage work
Listening to my voice notes and generating action items from them
Over time, the role can expand based on your strengths.
Who This Is For
You’re a great fit if you are:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive (you don’t wait to be told every step)
Comfortable with Google Docs, Gmail, Calendar, basic spreadsheets
Clear, concise, professional in written English
Able to work independently and ask smart questions
Reliable and consistent with your availability, and available during US work hours
Not a fit if you need constant supervision or prefer repetitive, checklist-only work.

Which 2 do you deliberately leave for later , and why?
What is the exact risk of your choice? (1–2 sentences total)

No frameworks
No “it depends”
