We are a U.S.-based spiritual nonprofit building a secure, healing-centered recovery platform called SOBERSYNQ.
Our development team is proudly based in the Philippines, and we’re looking for a high-level Filipino developer to join us in creating a HIPAA-compliant, AI-integrated web application.

???? Must-Have Skills & Experience

? Expert understanding of HIPAA compliance in cloud-hosted applications
? Experience building secure, encrypted backend systems
? Strong knowledge of:
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Cloud Run, Firebase, Firestore, IAM
• Google Admin Console – Setting up HIPAA BAA, nonprofit tier
• Cloudflare – DNS, WAF, Project Galileo configuration

? Proficiency with:
• Secure authentication systems (Firebase Auth, OAuth 2.0, etc.)
• Backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, etc.)
• GitHub workflows and deployment best practices
? Fluent in English (written and spoken)

We are developing a secure, scalable, spiritual recovery app with:
• Sobriety countdowns
• Daily Higher Self journaling prompts
• Private, PHI-sensitive user sessions
• AI Oracle support (GPT-4, Claude)
• Broadcast and portal features

We’re already approved for:
• Google for Nonprofits (HIPAA-eligible services)
• Cloudflare’s Project Galileo

You’ll be building from the ground up—setting security and compliance standards from day one.
