QuickBooks Online Expert – Real Estate Flips (Projects & Partner Equity Setup)

We are a US-based real estate flipping LLC seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to finalize our accounting structure.

All bank transactions have already been manually reconciled from company inception through December 15, 2025. This role is focused on projects, equity, and reporting accuracy — not basic data entry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up 2 property projects in QuickBooks Online
• Track acquisition, rehab, holding costs, and sale proceeds per property
• Configure partner equity and distribution accounts
• Validate property-level P&L reporting
• Work live via Zoom screen-share

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
• 3+ years QuickBooks Online experience
• US real estate or property flipping experience
• Strong understanding of Projects, partner capital, and distributions
• Clear English communication
• Comfortable working live on Zoom
