Job Overview

Softseason Furniture is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Social Media Manager based in the Philippines to manage and grow our online presence for the Canadian and international market.

This role is ideal for Filipino professionals experienced in remote work who can balance creativity with strategy. You will be responsible for content planning, execution, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and premium across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company goals and international branding.
• Manage daily posting, caption writing, and hashtag research for all platforms.
• Create high-quality visual content, including short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) and graphic designs.
• Engage with followers through comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor analytics and prepare simple performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends, especially within lifestyle, home, and interior design niches.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams while working remotely across time zones.

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience working remotely or with international clients is an advantage.
• Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented.
• Familiar with cultural sensitivity and communication for international audiences.

Tools & Skills
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Stable internet connection and own workstation (PH remote standard)
