Remote Chat Assistant (Sales Focused)

We are expanding our online team and are looking for committed individuals who enjoy chatting, building connections, and earning bonuses based on performance.

This role is remote, long-term, and ideal for someone who wants stable online work with growth opportunities. Training is provided — prior experience is welcome but not required.

???? What This Role Involves

Handling chat conversations on digital platforms

Keeping discussions engaging, polite, and natural

Using provided chat frameworks to guide conversations

Identifying sales opportunities and converting chats into results

Working consistently during assigned night-shift hours

???? Who We’re Looking For

Strong written English skills (C1 level or higher)

Comfortable typing and chatting for extended periods

Coachable and open to feedback

Reliable and punctual

Willing to work morning shift/night shifts (PH time)

???? Technical Requirements

Windows 10 or newer

At least 4GB RAM and 256GB storage

Headset with microphone and working camera (for meetings)

Stable internet connection (50 Mbps minimum) with a backup option

???? Pay & Incentives

$2/hour starting rate

3% commission on generated sales

Opportunity for hourly increase after 2 months

Sales incentives up to $100

Performance bonuses up to $50
