Cold Outreach and Appointment Setter (Instantly, Clay, Apollo)

Role Summary
We are hiring a Cold Outreach and Appointment Setter with strong experience running cold email campaigns and managing replies through to booked discovery calls. This role focuses on campaign execution, engagement, follow up, and appointment setting using modern outbound tools.

Responsibilities
• Build and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly
• Use Clay for lead enrichment, personalization, and segmentation
• Source and refine lead lists using Apollo and other data sources
• Write and adapt cold email copy and follow ups
• Launch, monitor, and optimize outreach campaigns
• Manage inbox replies and ongoing engagement
• Qualify interest through email conversations
• Book discovery calls that meet basic qualification criteria
• Track outreach activity, engagement, and appointments booked

Required Experience
• Hands on experience running cold email campaigns in Instantly
• Experience using Clay for enrichment or personalization
• Experience sourcing leads with Apollo or similar tools
• Strong cold email writing and follow up skills
• Experience qualifying leads and booking appointments
• Organized, consistent, and detail oriented
• Strong written English
• Availability during U.S. Eastern hours

Preferred Experience
• Managing multiple inboxes and campaigns
• A B testing subject lines and messaging
• Supporting outbound campaigns for agencies or service based businesses

Compensation
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
