JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a knowledgeable, structured, and grounded Personal Health Systems Coach to help me design, document, and stay accountable to a personal health operating system that I follow myself.

This role is not for coaching clients, building public programs, or selling services. Your focus is supporting my personal health, helping organize evidence-based concepts into clear systems, and providing calm, consistent accountability.

This is a systems and accountability role, not motivational coaching or personal training.

Core Focus Areas

Metabolism and metabolic health
Paleo and whole food nutrition principles
Organic food quality and ingredient awareness
Organ health and nutrient density (liver, heart, gut, etc.)
Positive mindset, consistency, and behavior change
Daily, weekly, and monthly health routines

Key Responsibilities

Help design and refine a personal health system I can follow daily
Research and summarize topics related to metabolism and nutrition
Structure a paleo oriented, whole food eating framework
Create simple meal structure templates using organic foods
Assist with organ health research, supplementation frameworks, and tracking
Help build habit systems, routines, and accountability checklists
Support mindset consistency and long term adherence
Document everything clearly in Notion, Google Docs, or Google Sheets
Participate in weekly check ins to review progress and refine systems

What This Role Is NOT

Not coaching clients
Not selling or marketing a health program
Not influencer or social media work
Not medical diagnosis or treatment
Not rigid one size fits all protocols

Required Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of metabolism and energy regulation
Familiarity with paleo or ancestral nutrition principles
Understanding of organic foods and ingredient quality
Basic understanding of organ health and nutrient density
Ability to think in systems, frameworks, and routines
Strong research and summarization skills
Clear written communication
Organized, reliable, and consistent
Comfortable using Notion, Google Docs, or Google Sheets
