We’re looking for a Viral UGC Clips Creator who knows how to turn raw footage into high-retention, scroll-stopping clips for social media platform
This role is not about basic editing — it’s about understanding virality, hooks, pacing, and storytelling.

We’re Looking For

A creative who:
Understands what makes short-form videos go viral
Can identify strong hooks, ---------- nts, and emotional beats from raw footage
Knows how to edit for retention, watch time, and replays
Is familiar with trends, formats, and platform-native styles
Can consistently produce multiple high-quality clips per week
You don’t need to be an influencer — but you must understand internet culture and short-form psychology.

What You’ll Do

Create viral-ready UGC clips from:
Raw testimonial videos
Product demos
Creator footage
Existing long-form content
Add:
Strong opening hooks (first 1–3 seconds matter most)
On-screen captions optimized for retention
Fast pacing, jump cuts, zooms, and pattern interrupts
Repurpose clips across social media platforms
Study what’s already working and iterate fast.

You Bring
Proven experience editing short-form videos that drive:
High watch time
Strong engagement
Shares or saves
A strong sense of:
Hook writing
Story flow
Visual rhythm
Familiarity with tools like:
CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Ability to follow brand guidelines while keeping content native and authentic
Comfort working quickly and iterating based on feedback
