Facility Maintenance Vendor Outreach Specialist (Phone-Based Role)

We are a U.S.-based facility maintenance prime contractor supporting large federal and commercial projects. We are hiring a phone-first outreach specialist to call subcontractors and vendors across the United States for high-value, multi-year maintenance contracts.

This role requires daily phone calls. If you are not confident speaking on the phone, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

Make 30–40 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based subcontractors

Introduce our company as the prime contractor

Qualify vendors (services, capacity, licensing, coverage area)

Secure interest and commitment to review SOWs and submit pricing

Track calls, notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot / Google Sheets

Follow up by email after phone conversations

Requirements

Clear spoken English

Strong phone confidence

Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B outreach

Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Sales or call center experience is a plus.
