As we continue to scale across multiple health and wellness brands, we’re looking for an Ecommerce Funnel Copy Creator who specializes in AI-assisted, emotionally persuasive copy that converts cold traffic into loyal customers. This role is not about technical funnel setup — it’s about crafting the words, messaging, and emotional journey that make funnels perform.
We’re Looking For
A copy-first funnel specialist who deeply understands buyer psychology, awareness stages, and emotional triggers, and knows how to use AI tools to ideate, iterate, and scale high-converting funnel copy.
You are someone who:
Writes copy that educates, agitates, and persuades — especially for cold or problem-aware audiences
Understands how messaging must change across awareness levels (unaware ? aware ? ready to buy)
Uses AI intentionally to accelerate testing, concept development, and iteration without sacrificing emotional depth
Thinks in terms of belief-shifting and conversion, not just page layouts or tools
This role supports all brands and product lines and works closely with media buyers and creatives to ensure message alignment from ad ? funnel ? post-purchase.
What You’ll Do
Funnel Copy & Messaging Strategy
Write and refine high-converting copy for ecommerce funnels, including:
Pre-sell pages / advertorials
Landing pages and product pages
Checkout and post-purchase messaging
Adapt messaging based on audience awareness and traffic temperature.
Ensure strong message match between ads and funnel copy.
AI-Driven Copy Creation & Iteration
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, custom prompts, frameworks) to:
Generate and test multiple emotional angles quickly
Rewrite and improve existing funnel copy
Scale winning concepts across brands and products
Continuously refine prompts and workflows to improve copy quality and speed.
Emotional Persuasion & Buyer Psychology
Apply direct response principles to:
Address failed solutions and objections
Introduce new mechanisms and “aha”
Build trust, urgency, and belief
Write copy that feels human, credible, and emotionally resonant — especially in the supplements space.
Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with media buyers to align hooks, angles, and funnel messaging.
Brief designers clearly so layouts support the copy (not the other way around).
Collaborate with lifecycle/retention teams to ensure consistent messaging post-purchase.
Performance Awareness
Understand key funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV) to inform copy decisions.
Identify where copy may be causing friction (e.g. strong clicks but weak ATC).
Suggest copy-focused tests and iterations based on performance signals.
You Bring
Proven experience writing conversion-focused ecommerce copy, ideally in health, supplements, or DTC.
Strong grasp of:
Buyer psychology and awareness stages
Emotional persuasion and belief-shifting copy
Direct response principles
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance and scale copy creation.
Ability to rewrite and improve existing funnels — not just create from scratch.
Clear communicator who collaborates well with media buyers and creatives.
Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for copy performance, not just delivery.
