CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily Content Creation & Posting
Create and publish daily content across platforms
Write captions in the CEO’s voice
Repurpose content strategically
Maintain consistent posting cadence
2. AI Visual & Video Creation
Create AI-generated:
Images
Carousels
Short-form videos
Use AI tools to produce high-volume, on-brand content
Maintain visual alignment with each business
3. Social Media Flyers & Digital Graphics
Design social-media-specific flyers for:
Trainings
Launches
Enrollment pushes
Ensure graphics match:
Campaign goals
Brand standards
Coordinate with Marketing VA for messaging alignment
(Print and master assets remain with Marketing VA.)
4. Campaign Execution
Execute social media campaigns:
Announcements
Countdowns
Follow-ups
Support paid ads with organic amplification
Keep messaging active and visible
5. Engagement & Lead Routing
Monitor comments and DMs
Respond professionally and promptly
Route inquiries to:
Enrollment VA (enrollment leads)
Membership team (program questions)
Flag hot leads immediately
6. Reporting & Optimization
Prepare weekly content batches for approval
Track engagement and reach
Identify top-performing content
Improve prompts, hooks, and formats
