Roofing for Troops is a growing exterior remodeling and home services company in Greater Cincinnati (USA). We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows/doors, drywall, and exterior renovations, and we proudly support military families.

We’re hiring a Digital Lead Generation Specialist who can take full ownership of our lead generation and marketing systems — from Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) to website conversion improvements, GoHighLevel automations, and trust-building social media presence.

If you’ve worked in home services marketing, roofing leads, remodeling leads, contractor marketing, or lead-gen systems, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Google Ads + Lead Generation)
You will take over our digital lead engine and improve every step of the process:
- Take ownership of our website to improve trust, conversions, and lead flow (forms+)
- Manage GoHighLevel (GHL): pipeline, lead tracking, automations, and follow-up systems to increase booked appointments
- Run and optimize Google Ads + Local Services Ads (LSA) to generate qualified homeowner leads at competitive CPL
- Launch and manage additional lead generation platforms (Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, Yelp, Angi/Thumbtack, etc.) and track performance
- Improve our social media presence (Facebook/Instagram) so we look professional and trustworthy to homeowners researching us

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing / lead generation
- Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads and LSA
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM automation tools
- Knowledge of home services / roofing / remodeling marketing is a big plus
- Resourceful: you troubleshoot, test, and figure things out without being micromanaged

COMPENSATION
- $1,300/month base salary
- Bonuses based on performance improvements like:
- Lower CPL
