I’m looking for a paid media assistant to help me manage, analyze, and scale ads across Meta (FB/IG), with opportunities to work on TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. This role is for someone who's comfortable working with numbers, trends, and performance. You’ll be working directly inside live ad accounts, helping make budget and optimization decisions based on what the data is doing.
What you’d be doing:
• Tracking daily spend, pacing, and performance trends
• Flagging when campaigns need budget shifts, scaling, or pullbacks
• Analyzing KPI’s- ROAS, CPA, CTR, and creative performance
• Supporting campaign builds (audiences/placements)
• Running and tracking creative tests to find winners
• Researching competitor ad strategies, offers, and patterns
• Inputting and maintaining performance data in trackers or sheets
What I’m looking for:
• Real experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable working with performance data and budgets
• Knows how to spot trends and make optimization decisions
• Has run or assisted with creative testing
• Understands how campaigns are structured and scaled
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
