We are a creative agency working with multiple brands across different industries.
Our focus is performance-driven design with a strong sense for aesthetics, structure, and brand identity.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on Email Layouts, who can design complete emails as visual assets and adapt quickly to different brand styles and design systems.

What you’ll do
Design complete email layouts as graphic designs (newsletter campaigns, promotions, product launches)
Translate content and offers into clear, conversion-focused visual hierarchies
Design ad creatives for paid social and display campaigns (occasionally)
Create website graphics and sections (hero visuals, banners, UI-related assets)
Work across multiple clients, each with different CIs, tones, and layout preferences
Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams

What we’re looking for
Strong experience in email design (visual-first, not coding)
Excellent sense for layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
Ability to adapt to different brand identities quickly and confidently
Experience designing for conversion and performance, not just aesthetics
Clean, structured working style with attention to detail
Confidence in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email tools
Understanding of Klaviyo-specific requirements such as dynamic variables, product images, product titles, and content personalization

Nice to have
Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands
Understanding of email best practices (readability, mobile-first thinking)
Experience designing ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
Basic understanding of how designs are later implemented by developers or email tools
