We are looking for a proactive, confident Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist who can find prospects, start conversations, and convert interest into paying clients. Since we are a startup, you will also help build and improve our sales processes as we grow.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, flexibility, and direct impact on business growth.
Find and reach out to potential clients via:
-LinkedIn
-Online platforms
-Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers
-Understand client pain points
-Present our services in simple, non-technical language
-Handle initial objections and follow-ups
-Book discovery calls or close deals directly (depending on complexity)
-Process & Systems (Startup-style)
-Help document and improve sales scripts
-Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions (Google Sheets or CRM)
-Suggest improvements to outreach messaging
-Coordinate with the founder on pricing, packages, and feedback
-Help standardize sales workflows as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
Required:
-Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
-Comfortable speaking with business owners
-Strong written and spoken English
-Confident, persuasive, and professional communication
-Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
-Willing to help build systems from scratch
Nice to Have :
-Experience selling services (B2B)
-Familiarity with admin, finance, or professional services
-LinkedIn outreach experience
