Reddit Virtual Assistant (Karma Farming & Posting – Multiple Accounts)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Reddit Virtual Assistant to manage and grow multiple Reddit accounts from scratch. The primary responsibility is farming karma organically and posting consistently while following Reddit best practices to avoid bans or restrictions.

This role requires strong familiarity with Reddit culture, posting rules, and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Create, warm up, and manage up to 16 Reddit accounts

Farm karma organically from scratch (comments + posts)

Post 15–20 times per day per account (mix of posts and comments)

Research relevant subreddits and follow all subreddit rules

Write natural, human-like content (no spam or automation)

Avoid bans, shadowbans, and account flags

Track posting activity and account status

Maintain consistency and daily posting schedules

Requirements

Proven experience managing Reddit accounts

Strong understanding of:

Reddit karma system

Subreddit rules and moderation

Shadowbans and ban avoidance

Excellent English writing skills

Ability to create engaging, natural comments and posts

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Can manage multiple accounts without mistakes

Stable internet connection

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience farming karma on new Reddit accounts

Familiarity with tools for task tracking or spreadsheets

Previous VA experience with social platforms
