AI Content Specialist (Scriptwriting & Short-Form Video) – Long Term – Remote

We're a Digital Marketing Agency helping small businesses dominate their local markets with short-form video. We're growing fast and need someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a seat.
The Role:
You'll own the end-to-end creation of short-form videos for 2-3 clients. This isn't button-pushing, you're the quality control. If something looks off or sounds robotic, you catch it before it goes out.

Responsibilities:
1. AI Script Creation (Daily)

Use ChatGPT & Perplexity with prompts we provide to generate 2-3 scripts per client per day
Audit every script.

2. Short-Form Video - Image Assembly

Select or generate images that match the script's exact context and tone
Ensure visuals and message are aligned (if the script says "premium," the images can't look cheap)

Requirements:

Impeccable Written English – You spot grammar mistakes and "AI voice" instantly
Visual Judgment – You understand context, tone, and details matter
Tech Comfortable – Familiar with ChatGPT, willing to learn new AI tools quickly
Reliable Internet – Primary + backup connection required (no excuses)
Disciplined & Self-Managing – You don't need daily check-ins to stay on track

Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Central or Eastern US timezone overlap
Pay: $700–$1,000/month depending on experience
Location: Remote
