We are hiring two (2) experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistants to support U.S.-based podiatry practices. These are long-term roles for dependable professionals with experience in medical administration or insurance verification.
You’ll work closely with U.S.-based leadership and a supportive Philippine-based team that provides training and ongoing support. We value clear communication, reliability, and quality work.
MODMED (Modernizing Medicine) EHR experience is a MUST for both roles.
1?? Virtual Assistant – Administrative Support
Responsibilities
Appointment scheduling and confirmations
Handling calls, voi
Supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, such as:
Reviewing patient balances
Assisting with patient statements and follow-ups
Documenting notes related to payments and balances
General administrative support
Qualifications
MODMED EHR experience (required)
At least 2 years supporting a U.S. medical practice
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and HIPAA-compliant
2?? Insurance Verification (IV) Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Confirm deductibles, copays, and coverage
Check authorizations and referrals
Document all findings in MODMED
Flag insurance issues before visits
Qualifications
MODMED EHR experience (required)
At least 2 years in insurance verification
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
Strong attention to detail
