• Conduct targeted outreach to prospective candidates with professional, personalized messaging
• Proactively identify additional sourcing strategies including:
o Industry-specific platforms and communities
o Referrals and networking channels
o Niche job boards and passive candidate strategies
• Continuously improve sourcing methods to elevate candidate quality, not just quantity

Candidate Screening & Coordination
• Send My Performance Casting survey links to interested and qualified candidates
• Track survey completion and ensure results are properly documented
• Schedule and coordinate initial phone interviews
• Maintain organized candidate files including:
o Resume
o Performance Casting survey
o Interview notes and status updates
• Ensure candidates move efficiently and professionally through each stage of the process
Pipeline Management & Documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruiting systems
• Attach resumes, assessments, and notes to the appropriate roles and records
• Monitor candidate progress and follow up as needed to prevent stalled pipelines
• Support leadership with clear visibility into candidate status and readiness
Communication & Brand Representation
• Represent Carmen Carbone Leadership professionally in all candidate communications
• Ensure timely, respectful follow-up with candidates
• Support a candidate experience that reflects clarity, professionalism, and trust

Additional Responsibilities
• Assist with drafting or refining outreach messages and role-specific talking points
• Identify trends in candidate availability, compensation expectations, and market feedback
• Flag pipeline gaps early and propose sourcing adjustments
• Support recruiting process improvements and documentation
• Help reduce leadership involvement in administrative recruiting tasks through strong execution

Must-Have Talents & Requirements
• Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or candidate coordination (agency, in-house, or VA background welcome)
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, and/or Indeed
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to identify high-quality candidates
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
• Comfort operating in a structured, performance-driven environment
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

What Success Looks Like in This Role
• Consistent flow of qualified, well-matched candidates for active searches
• Organized, accurate, and current candidate pipelines
• Timely scheduling and smooth coordination of interviews
• Clear documentation of resumes, assessments, and candidate status
• Improved sourcing efficiency and candidate quality over time
• Reduced leadership time spent on recruiting logistics and follow-up
