Sales Person

About the Role

We’re a U.S.-owned digital marketing agency hiring a confident salesperson/caller to promote and sell spots for our upcoming AI Bootcamp. This role is phone-heavy and requires an excellent command of American English and confidence speaking with Americans on the phone.

What You’ll Do:
—Call prospective leads and follow up with interested contacts
—Explain the AI Bootcamp offer clearly and confidently
—Handle questions and objections, and close enrollments/sales
—Send registration/payment instructions (process provided)
—Track calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in our spreadsheet/CRM
—Provide a quick daily results report

Requirements (Must-Have):
—Excellent command of American English (clear, professional, confident)
—Comfortable speaking with Americans by phone
—Proven phone sales experience (closing preferred)
—Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and headset
—Organized follow-up and strong attention to detail

Incentives / Commission (Guaranteed)
This role includes guaranteed incentives/commissions tied to performance (enrollments/sales, conversions, revenue). Full structure will be shared during the interview.

Interview Process (Rush Hire)
We are hiring urgently due to our January 14 AI Bootcamp event. Qualified applicants will be interviewed by the American owner via Zoom.
