Job Description

We are looking for an Instagram Lead & Growth Specialist to manage and grow Instagram accounts for multiple client brands. This role focuses on strategy, captions, hooks, CTAs, and performance tracking.
No design or video editing required — visuals are handled by our team.

Responsibilities

• Grow Instagram client accounts
• Create captions, hooks, and CTAs
• Manage Instagram strategy and performance
• Review insights and optimize content
• Guide designers with performance-led feedback

Requirements (Important)

• Proven experience growing client Instagram accounts
• Experience managing multiple accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth and performance
• Can work independently and own results
• Must be available during UK hours
• Willing to start at $5/hour

• You need step-by-step daily instructions
