About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with robust Amazon Seller Central experience to handle Account Health violations and search-suppressed listing resolutions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with flat files, creating plans of action when needed, and is looking for a commitment of 20 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Account Health & Compliance
Monitor the Account Health dashboard regularly to identify and address violations.
Investigate and resolve account health issues, including drafting and submitting detailed plans of action.
Manage and follow up on Seller Central support cases, ensuring full resolution and maintaining clear documentation.
Search Suppression & Catalog Management
Diagnose and fix search-suppressed listings using both direct edits and flat file uploads.
Ensure all listings are compliant with Amazon’s requirements, filling in missing attributes and resolving catalog data issues.
General Support
Use Excel or Google Sheets to track updates, maintain case logs, and document resolutions.
Collaborate with the team to gather any necessary product information for updates.
Required Experience
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central related to account health and catalog management.
Skilled in creating and using flat files for bulk updates.
Experience resolving search-suppressed listings and drafting plans of action for account health issues.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Excel.
Hours / Contract Details
20 to 40 hours per week with some flexibility, but must have availability to overlap with US business hours for communication.
