We are a real estate investing company looking for a detail-oriented CRM Manager / Cold Caller to manage incoming leads, keep our CRM organized, and call leads that require follow-up. This role is critical to making sure no deal slips through the cracks.
You will be responsible for lead organization, follow-up calls, status updates, and basic lead qualification, while working closely with the acquisitions team.Manage all leads inside the CRM daily
Ensure every lead is properly tagged, labeled, and updated
Move leads through pipeline stages (New, Follow-Up, Hot, Cold, Dead, Under Contract, etc.)
Assign follow-up dates and reminders accurately
Remove duplicates and maintain clean data
Add notes after every call or interaction
Cold Calling & Follow-Up
Call new and existing leads that require follow-up
Make outbound calls to motivated seller leads (warm + cold)
Ask basic qualifying questions (condition, motivation, timeline, price)
Update lead notes clearly and accurately
Set callbacks and warm transfers when appropriate
Communication & Coordination
Notify acquisitions team of hot or time-sensitive leads
Follow call scripts and adjust naturally based on conversation
Escalate serious sellers immediately
Maintain professional, respectful communication at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience with CRM systems (real estate CRM a plus)
Cold calling experience preferred (real estate or sales)
Strong English communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
Comfortable making daily outbound calls
Ability to follow systems and SOPs exactly
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
