We’re hiring a detail-obsessed, systems-driven Operations Director to take full ownership of our internal operations, with a focus on CRM management, performance tracking, automations, and backend process improvement.
You’ll ensure every part of our backend runs smoothly — without needing to touch sales or client onboarding directly. Your mission is to keep the engine running so the sales and delivery teams can do their jobs at maximum efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Own and manage the CRM (GoHighLevel) — pipelines, automations, tags, triggers, lead flows
Monitor and maintain data hygiene across Typeform, Zapier, Stripe, and GHL
Build and refine daily dashboards to track:
Ad spend ? lead quality ? call booking
Close rates by rep
Refund rate
Client activation + system usage
Create and maintain SOPs for all internal ops workflows
Set up automations (Zapier, webhooks, tags) to reduce manual tasks
Work with sales team to provide daily lead lists, status updates, and missed opportunity recovery
Maintain the Master Stats Sheet (challenges passed, payments received, active clients)
QA the pipeline daily to flag broken flows, ghost leads, and missed follow-ups
Build reporting systems and share weekly ops insights with the founder
Support backend coordination across departments (e.g., support, tech, sales)
