Marketing Agency Virtual Assistant + Social Media

We are The Makery Company, a marketing agency that operates out of the United States.

Our clients are service based businesses whose teams are remote and their clients are located all over the country.

This position will be supporting our company founder in a general marketing capacity and will be helping with tasks such as the following.

Details of work:
- Task based work, tracked and provided via ClickUp
- Some amount of data entry (strictly small projects)
- Keeping Google Drive Files Organized
- Communicating with Video Editors
- Communicating with Clients
- Performing content research for social media clients
- Creating content planning documents based on templates provided
- Scheduling Content for Publication
- Sending Reports to Clients
- Helping update and maintenance client marketing systems (CRMs)

Requirements:
- Must be tech savvy in that we work with several different softwares
- Extremely proficient with verbal and written English
- Experience in social media marketing
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical problems (file errors, sending permissions, etc)



We are looking for someone part-time and about 15 hours a week. ($8/hr paid weekly for first 2 months) Ideally this is a long term position for the right person!
