Digital Systems & Community Operator
(Ownership, reliability, follow-through)
Please read carefully before applying.
We are building a new digital community from scratch.
This is not a chaotic startup and not a high-volume support role.
It is a carefully designed project where clarity, structure, and consistency matter.
Your role is to ensure the digital systems and community run smoothly, reliably, and without friction, so the work can scale appropriately.
What This Role Involves:
-This role is about ownership, not reaction.
You will be responsible for:
-Managing, organising and developing the digital community space (Skool)
-Setting up, formatting, and scheduling newsletters (Beehiiv)
-Maintaining clean folders, documents, and shared assets
-Keeping simple workflows and checklists up to date
-Noticing problems early and fixing them before they escalate
-You are expected to take responsibility for things working correctly, not wait to be reminded.
- Supporting Paid Promotion (When Appropriate)
How We Will Work (Important):
- You will be given clear priorities and standards
- You are expected to organise and manage your own tasks
- Communication is mainly written (messages and shared documents)
- There are no daily meetings
- You will not be micromanaged
- If you need constant check-ins or supervision, this role will not suit you.
What This Role Is Not:
? Not a customer support or ticket-handling role
? Not inbox or diary management
? Not “help wherever needed”
This is a defined role with clear responsibility.
Who This Role Is For
You will likely be a good fit if:
- You are highly organised and detail-focused
- You enjoy making systems run smoothly and pushing what's possible with them (especially Skool and Beehiiv)
- You take pride in reliability and follow-through
- You have worked inside real organisations or teams
- You like being trusted to get on with your work
- You do not need to be loud or extroverted.
- You do need to be dependable and precise.
Practical Details:
- Fully remote
- Part-time or full-time (to be agreed)
- Paid fairly based on experience and reliability
- Long-term potential as the community grows
How to Apply (Important)
Please follow these instructions carefully.
To apply, start your application with the word “ORDER” and include the following, in order:
- A short explanation (3–5 sentences) of why this role suits you
- One example of a system, process, or workflow you have managed or improved
- A brief explanation of how you personally keep track of tasks and avoid things being missed
Applications that do not follow these instructions exactly will not be reviewed.
Final note
This role suits people who like responsibility, structure, and doing work properly.
If you are looking for a fast-moving, highly social, or loosely defined role, this is not for you.
If you enjoy being the person who quietly ensures everything works as it should, you will likely enjoy this work.
