What You Will Do
• Build and clean large real estate datasets (5,000–100,000+ rows)
• Sort, filter, classify, and validate property & owner records
• Skip trace property owners using tools like Skip Genie or similar
• Use GIS/mapping tools (county GIS, LandVision, Regrid, Google Maps) to verify parcels
• Create lists for marketing campaigns (SMS, cold calling, direct mail)
• Cross-check ownership, mailing addresses, tax records, and property details
• Maintain accuracy inside our CRM (Resimpli ? transitioning to Salesforce)
• Follow detailed SOPs to ensure clean, high-quality data for the acquisitions team

What We’re Looking For:
• Real estate data experience (wholesaling, land, acquisitions, skip tracing)
• Experience with GIS or mapping tools
• Experience skip tracing US property owners
• Experience working with large spreadsheets and cleaning messy data

Requirements:
• 1+ year in real estate data, skip tracing, and using GIS/mapping tools
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills: sorting, filtering, formulas, deduplication
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Reliable computer + stable internet
• Availability: 8 AM – 5 PM EST (Mon–Fri)
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy

Pay & Benefits:
• Base Pay: $6/hour ($1,040/month) ($5/hour for first 3 months of training)
