Content & Growth Operator (Strategic execution, not admin)
We’re building a new digital community from scratch (using tools like Skool, Beehiiv and social media)
This is not a generic online product, influencer brand, or hype-driven project.
It’s built on real business experience, high standards, and ideas that work in the real world.
The thinking, philosophy, and core frameworks already exist.
Your role is to help turn those ideas into traction and visibility properly.
What This Role Involves:
- This is not a posting or scheduling role.
You will be responsible for:
- Refining finished or semi-finished content for platforms like X, LinkedIn, and Instagram

- Testing different hooks, formats, and angles
- Suggesting experiments (“let’s test this”, “this needs pushing”, “this angle is stronger”)
- Tracking what performs and adjusting accordingly
- You will be expected to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
How We Will Work (Important):
- You will receive clear objectives, not daily instructions
- Together, we will set a growth target for each platform
- You are expected to plan your own work and deliver results
- Communication is mainly written (messages and shared documents)
- There are no daily meetings
- You will not be micromanaged
If you need constant supervision or frequent calls to stay on track, this role is not a good fit.

? Not an “engagement” or comment-reply role
? Not aesthetic-first or trend-chasing
? Not a role where you wait to be told what to do
This role requires judgement, initiative, and follow-through.
