EMAPTA Versatile Inc. is looking for a mid level SEO Specialist to join its team in Makati and or Ortigas.

Our client – a US based marketing company, the leader in inbound marketing, website design, and branding.
The inbound marketing industry is growing rapidly as businesses identify the impact of the inbound methodology with its focus on creating and using organically rich content to attract, convert, and delight customers. Our client is at the forefront of the growing industry and in the process of expanding our fast-paced sales team.

About the Role:
The position reports to the Inbound Marketing Manager. As a member of the Inbound Marketing Team this position is pivotal in create value for client related marketing efforts through the use of technical SEO efforts both on page and off page. This position will be the most senior position at this time with regards to SEO knowledge and ability. We seek candidates with years of experience, knowledge, and proven track record of getting organic results for clients. We need candidates to be straight forward and honest of what they can and can’t do as we need a hire that can fulfill on the responsibilities below without the need for further training.

Responsibilities:
• Keeps SEO campaigns on track. Responsible for maintaining link building initiatives. Website auditing, content analyzing, tracking, planning and executing
• Knowledgeable about the client’s marketing objectives, business niche, products brand quality and position.
• Reporting and analysis of short and long-term campaigns
• Knowledgeable in using SEO Tools: Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Google Ad words (Keyword Planner), SEO Queries, bounce rate, crawl errors. Third party SEO Tools: Semrush.com, Moz.com, Raven Tools, Spy Fu
• Full website auditing: Content Analysis, URL Architecture, Onsite Blog Analysis, Image Optimization, Local Optimization and Technical Audit. Recommendations for main navigation, sidebar, footer, site layout
• Keyword Mapping and URL Mapping: Map keywords and URL’s for content silos
• NAP Consistency Check
• Keyword Research: Analysis, prioritize keyword targeting strategy for long term keyword phrases for content marketing and keyword refinement for SEO strategy. (Long tail and Fat head)
• Interlinking strategy and attains Google top 10 ranking positions on home page, landing pages and blog posts
• Technical SEO Auditing: Response code errors, Canonicalization, Redirects (301/302), 404 errors, crawl errors, duplicate content, server errors, robot.txt file, XML and HTML sitemap problems
• Conduct full SEO Website Audit and document baselines
• Call to action recommendation (CTA buttons/conversion rates)
• Knowledgeable in Content Management Systems: Wordpress, Joomla, etc.
• Implement Google Authorship Integration (Rich Snippets) - Schema Markup recommendation. Third party SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Moz.com, Semrush.com, Cuterank
• Off page link building strategies.
• Keep tracked on business industries trends. (SEO Updates)
• Website Optimization (Content Marketing – Link Bait)
• SEO Conversion Funnel (Interlinking)
• Work with team members monthly to create reports for client distribution
Experience We Need You To Have:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in this job function
• Exceptional and confident verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and phone communication skills in English
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management within the client organization.
• Proven track record of success
• Organized and a self-starter
• Ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions in a non-technical, business-focused language
