CX Engineer | Premium Client Concierge (Voice & SMS)

We are BrushHour, the premier mobile car wash and auto experience technology. We execute precise communication protocols with affluent clients to save them money and optimize their service plans.

THE ROLE:
You will serve as a Customer Experience Engineer. This is not a sales role; it is a high-level advisory and operational role. You will manage high-ticket client interactions and oversee our Google Local Services Ads (LSA) lead quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Google LSA Auditing: You must act as the gatekeeper of our marketing budget. You will review Google LSA leads weekly, identify invalid leads based on Google's strict criteria, and file successful disputes to recover funds.

- Outbound Advisory: Call existing One-time Care clients to waive fees and upgrade Memberships (Warm leads only).

- SMS Recovery: Manage our "Stock Plan" recovery texts to correct client bookings using strict templates.

- Live Support: Handle real-time text negotiations with onsite crews and clients to ensure operational smoothness.

- Documentation: Accurately document interactions in our CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Google LSA Familiarity: Ability to navigate the Google Local Services Ads dashboard and understand the difference between a valid and invalid charged lead.

- Perfect Spoken English: You must sound confident and professional. No heavy accents.

- Thick Skin: You will handle price negotiations, operational logistics, and lead disputes.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with digital communication tools, calendar management, and office applications.

- Reliable Environment: Must have a quiet workspace and high-speed internet.

THE SCHEDULE & PAY:

- Trial Phase: Part-time (2 days/week) for the first 30 days.

- Guarantee: Successful performance graduates to a 40 hours/week contract within 35 days.

Pay: $7.00 USD / Hour (Paid weekly via EasyPay).

Resources: Birthday Time Off, U.S. Holiday Time Off.
