ABOUT US:
RISE Personal Training is a premium fitness studio in North Parramatta, Sydney, Australia. We offer personalized training programs and are currently running growth campaigns to acquire new clients for 2025.
POSITION: Part-Time (20 hours/week) - 1 Month Trial with potential for ongoing work
Rate: $6-8 USD/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Time Zone: Must have at least 4 hours overlap with AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
YOUR ROLE:
You’ll execute our pre-planned marketing campaigns across social media and advertising platforms. All strategy, content ideas, and brand guidelines will be provided - you focus on implementation and optimization.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Tasks (Mon-Sat):
? Schedule and post content to Instagram,
? Create graphics and visual content using Canva (templates provided)
? Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries within 2 hours during business hours
? Track daily leads in our CRM/spreadsheet
Weekly Tasks:
? Manage
? Compile weekly performance report (reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead)
? Update content calendar based on performance insights
? Create Instagram Stories and Reels from provided concepts
Campaign-Specific (January 2025):
? Execute “New Year New You” membership promotion
? Manage lead generation funnel from ad click to inquiry follow-up
? Coordinate with studio owner on conversion calls and trial bookings
REQUIRED SKILLS:
? 2+ years social media management experience (fitness industry preferred)
? Proven experience running
? Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics
? Excellent written English (you’ll be responding to Australian clients)
? Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking
? Self-starter who can work independently with clear instructions
BONUS SKILLS:
? Google Ads experience
? Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

? Fitness/wellness industry knowledge
