About the Business – I run a boutique consultancy helping leadership teams improve execution, flow, and delivery confidence using proven frameworks (OKRs, Kanban, Flow, Strategy tools like Balanced Scorecard and Wardley Mapping).
The work is strategic and relationship-led, not transactional sales.
I’m looking for a reliable, intelligent VA to help generate and manage new conversations so I can focus on closing work and delivering value to clients.
The Goal of This Role - Your job is simple and important:
- Help start and manage high-quality LinkedIn conversations with the right people — consistently, professionally, and without spam.
- This is not hard selling.
- This is thoughtful outreach, good follow-up, and excellent organisation.
Hours and set up
- The role will start as part-time with the potential to become full time later on if successful.
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule but daily activity is required (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential clients based on clear criteria
- Send up to 20 personalised LinkedIn connection messages per day (scripts provided)
- Follow up with warm, polite messages — never pitching or spamming
- Track responses and outcomes
- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot
- Update contact status, notes, and next actions
- Ensure no warm lead is forgotten or dropped
- Booking & Follow-up
- Support booking of calls via my website calendar
- Send polite nudges when appropriate
- Coordinate calendars when needed
- Engagement Follow-ups
- Send short thank-you messages when people: Comment on posts; Repost content; Engage meaningfully
- Escalate conversations that require my personal response
Simple Reporting
- Weekly summary:
- New connections made
- Replies received
- Conversations started
- Calls booked
Tools You’ll Use
- LinkedIn
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- HubSpot
- WordPress booking page
- Calendar tools (Outlook-style)
(Full guidance will be provided, but some experience is advantageous)
What I’m Looking For...
Essential:
* Strong written and spoken English
* Comfortable communicating with senior professionals
* Detail-oriented and well organised
* Confident following clear rules and scripts
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead generation
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
* Experience with any CRM (HubSpot preferred but not required)
Nice to Have:
* Background supporting consultants, coaches, or B2B services
* Comfortable working independently once trained
