What you’ll do
* Source and engage US-based finance professionals using LinkedIn, ---------- , email, SMS, and phone
* Recruit for roles like Tax Managers, Senior/Sr. Accountants, Controllers, Auditors, Finance Managers, and other finance-focused positions
* Run strong candidate interviews to assess technical fit, industry experience, and culture alignment
* Present high-quality shortlists and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle (screen ? submit ? interview ? offer ? close)
* Build and maintain a repeatable finance talent pipeline to support ongoing placements
* Consistently hit (and exceed) weekly recruiting + placement goals


What we’re looking for (must-haves)
* 3+ years US recruiting experience with a strong focus in finance/accounting
* Proven track record placing US candidates with US clients
* Permanent placement / direct hire experience (required)
* Strong understanding of finance roles, common requirements, and compensation expectations
* Excellent communication and follow-through
* Self-driven, competitive, and results-focused
