JOB OVERVIEW

We are Eagle Equine, the creators of MagnaGard. We are a small, passionate team dedicated to a simple mission: helping horses live healthier, more comfortable lives while giving their owners peace of mind. Our products help horses feel their best, and we need a creative ads specialist to help us share those results with the equine community.

We are looking for a Marketing VA who is both a talented creator and a kind communicator. You will play a vital role in connecting horse owners with the solutions they’ve been looking for through beautiful ads and genuine influencer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Ad Design: You will be our lead "creator." You’ll take raw footage of horses and happy customers and turn them into engaging Meta ads (videos and graphics) that tell a story.

• Influencer Community Building: You will reach out to horse trainers, riders, and influencers to build long-term relationships. You’ll help them share their success stories with MagnaGard.

• Content Strategy: You’ll help us figure out what kind of content resonates most with horse owners. If a video of a "girthy" horse getting better goes viral, you’ll help us make more content like it.

• Listening to Customers: You'll respond to comments on social media and look through our customer reviews to find the "heart" of our brand—finding the stories that show exactly how we are making a difference.

Required Skills & Tools:

Graphic Design: Ability to create clean, professional, and warm designs in Canva or Photoshop.

Meta Ad Buying: Ability to create and analyze ads, helping to find opportunities for making ad creative more effective.

Video Editing: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools. We love high-energy, authentic "UGC style" editing.

Organization: You’ll be managing many conversations with influencers, so being organized is a must.

Bonus: If you have ever owned a pet or worked with animals, that’s a huge plus!

About You:

You are proactive and creative—you don't just wait for a task; you bring ideas to the table.

You have a high attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your designs.

You are a "helper" at heart. You want your work to result in more horses feeling better.

How to Apply:

To be considered, please reply with the following:

A link to your portfolio (specifically showing video edits or social media ads).

A brief note on why you’d like to work with a brand that helps animals.

Include the word "HORSES" in your subject line so I know you read this.
