Medical Live Scribe (Remote) – Philippines

We are looking for a Medical Live Scribe to a assist physician during real-time patient encounters. The scribe will join live consultations and accurately document patient interactions in the EMR, allowing providers to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Join live patient visits
Document encounters in real time, including:
History of Present Illness (HPI)
Physical Exam
Assessment and Plan
Update patient charts in the EMR accurately and promptly
Flag missing or unclear information for provider clarification
Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Medical Scribe or Medical Transcriptionist
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with EMR/EHR system - DrChrono
Excellent English listening, writing, and typing skills
Ability to work in real time with minimal errors
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
