Graphic Designer for YouTube Thumbnails and Internal Docs

We’re on the lookout for a talented graphic designer to join Flux Media! You'll be responsible for designing eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for our channel, as well as creating internal documents—like training PDFs and other branded materials. We have a defined brand style, and you'll help us keep everything looking consistent and polished.

Requirements:
- Experience in graphic design, even at an entry level, as long as you have a strong portfolio.
- Familiarity with creating YouTube thumbnails and working within brand guidelines.
- Flexibility with hours, focusing on meeting deadlines rather than specific time zones.
