Graphic Designer of a Flyer

First of all, if this goes well, I am willing to transition to part-time employment agreement.

Project Overview:
My company is seeking a creative and responsive freelance designer to develop three distinct flyer styles for our upcoming "Vibe Fest" rave event series. I will look at the 3 design styles and will go forward with the one that is the most appealing. All three flyers will promote the Bad Bunny Appreciation Vibe Fest. The flyer should be vibrant, energetic, and appealing to a youthful, music-loving crowd.

Event Information:
The Bad Bunny Appreciation Vibe Fest will be held on March 7 at EL HASA SHRINERS Hall, 13450 KY-180, Ashland, KY 41102. This is an alcohol-free event targeting Gen Z (ages 16–22), but we welcome inclusivity for attendees up to age 50.

Sponsors:
Leave space on the flyer for sponsor logos (currently TBD).

Deliverables
- Three unique flyer designs (8.5" x 11", US Letter)
- Expect 3–7 rounds of revisions to develop one final flyer design
- Future deliverables (not in this) will be: the other four events, and a brochure seeking sponsorship companies

Design Expectations
- Use the provided color palette for the "colorful" flyer:
- Deep black: #0a0a0a
- Deep purple: #5e17cb
- Electric gold: #ffd700
- Red urgency: #dc143c
- Sophisticated gray: #c0c0c0
- Cream trim: #fff8dc
- Incorporate the provided logo and branding
- Clearly display event details, date, location, and upcoming events
- Editable source files (Canva preferred, but open to other platforms)
- Ready-to-print PDF/PNG versions

Collaboration & Tools
Please indicate your preferred design platform (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
If you use Canva, confirm your willingness to share designs for collaboration
File handoff will be via email or the onlinejobs.ph platform
(This is my first time using onlinejobs.ph, so clear communication is appreciated.)

Communication & Turnaround
- Prompt responses are required:
If I send a request on Monday, reply by Tuesday
If I send a request on Friday, reply by Monday
- Acceptable responses include:
“Here is what you requested.”
“I received your request, and will have that back to you in one week.”
“I received your request, and here are some questions I need answered before I can proceed.”
“Can you explain your request?”

Compensation
$7 per hour
Payment will be processed through the onlinejobs.ph platform

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in flyer and brochure design
Strong portfolio of previous design work (please attach or link)
Understanding of color theory and brand consistency
Ability to design for a Gen Z audience while remaining inclusive
Responsive and open to feedback and revisions
